Class Registration Policy

Class sizes are limited and do often fill up, so enroll early to avoid disappointment!

For classes that teach advanced techniques, we have samples on display in the store showing what we'll be making.

Fees

Class fees and materials fees, if applicable, are payable at time of registration. Your payment is your commitment that you will take the class and we, in turn, must make a commitment to our teachers. We cannot hold places in classes without payment.

No refunds for missed classes.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel a class, we need at least one week's notice before classes taught by our regular teachers, or at least three weeks' notice before a class taught by a visiting teacher. No refunds for cancelled classes -- class credit only for the current or following class schedule.

Though rare, if we need to cancel a class, you will receive a full refund, or you may apply the amount toward another class. Wildfiber is not responsible for costs other than class fees incurred by students due to classes cancelled by us.

Materials

Classes given at Wildfiber are designed for our materials and supplies, but unless there is a materials fee listed for a class, you can use any suitable materials or supplies. Ask the teacher at the start of the class if you aren't sure.
